**Essential Job Functions**





+ Process all ECNs for Las Vegas Region - including new hires,transfers, and terminations

+ Work with training & recruiting partners to prepare anddistribute IPADs to new hire class, assist with IPAD set up, maintain IPADinventory for Las Vegas Region, collect IPADs from terminated employees, beon-call for IPAD trouble shooting

+ Assist training & recruiting partners for all new hireclasses - ordering supplies, refreshments, booking rooms, etc.

+ Greet and qualify touring guests. Collect and validate allguest information.Assign tours to SalesAgents and provide information to Sales & Marketing department asnecessary.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Answerphones and guest questions in a professional manner. Assist property ownerswith contract questions or concerns.

+ Distribute premiums to guests upon closure of presentation.Complete daily gift, tour and contract reconciliation in all systems.

+ Data entry of all tour and gifting information into CentralReservations Systems / Epiphany system and running of reports. Prepare andbalance cash, down payments, site stats for Contract Department

+ File and secure all documents per procedures. MaintainProperty Owner Information per PII and PCI standards

+ Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts for Sales Department andProperty Owners. Assist Administrative Supervisor in support of Sales Staff.Preparation and maintenance of legal documents.

+ Assist Supervisor to provide additional administrativesupport to internal departments to include Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resortteams



**Responsibility**


1 Stock
and organize office supplies or collateral as needed

Maintain
beverage counter with guest refreshments and perform light cleaning

Receive
and disperse all mail and shipments





**Scope/Financial Responsibility**


Coordinator is accountable to set up iPads, liason to Las
Vegas recruiting team, provide customer service to sales teams in regards to iPad support. Follow WVO Standard Operating
Procedures in regards to tracking and securing iPads.


+ High School Diploma or GEDrequired

+ One year of CustomerService experience required

+ One year of General Officeexperience required

+ Proficient in MicrosoftExcel and Word

+ Proficient in the use ofthe Central Reservation System (CRS) or EPNY(preferable)

+ Flexible hours (from asearly as 8am to as late as 10pm)

+ Flexible schedule (toinclude nights / weekends / holidays)

+ Ability to:
