In-House Sales Manager - WorldMark Las Vegas Blvd, NV
This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assists in personnel selection and development and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.




**RESPONSIBILITIES**




+ Adhere to and administer Worldmark by Wyndham's sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in anethical, moral and professional manner.

+ Ensure a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations.

+ Adhere to company and industry best practices.

+ Effectively deliver required sales targets.

+ Maintain a high level of professionalism at alltimes.

+ Training, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals ofdirect reports.

+ Constructive involvement in daily salesmeetings.

+ Collaborate with the Developer Representative on trainingissues.

+ Lead by example in both professional and personallife.

+ May be responsible for group sales presentations.


**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE** :




+ At least 1 year sales experience

+ At least 1 year sales management experience

+ Wyndham Vacation Destinations experience preferred

+ At least 1 year In-House sales experience preferred




**SKILLS AND ABILITIES** :




+ Strongleadership abilities

+ Excellent coaching/teachingskills

+ Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing thesale

+ Excellent verbal and written skills

+ Problemsolving skills

+ Positive and enthusiastic attitude

+ Presents oneselfas a professional role model

+ Works successfully at all levels of thecompany

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

+ Must have an active Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare Sales Agent License
