Marketing Admin Coordinator - Las Vegas
This position is responsible for the administrative support of Corporate Marketing Programs. The employee will assist with Inbound/Outbound customer service calls; data entry; file; coordinate new hire and departing employee paperwork; compliance on all lead lists (including both national and company-generated do not call lists and revised lead sheets); and provide assistance to other management and administrative staff as needed.

**HOURS:** Must be available between 8am-9pm; occasional Saturdays

**Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Calls

+ Data Entry and Filing

+ Maintain accurate employee records

+ Generate reports

+ Create written correspondence

+ Provide assistance to other management and administrative staff

**Minimum Qualifications Required**

+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.

+ Microsoft Office Suite - 1 year experience required

+ Strong Customer Service skills in past work experience

+ Professional command of the English language -both written and verbal

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Wyndham computer systems knowledge (CRS, Jacada, Mainframe, Steam, ePiphany)

+ Sales Acumen
